What are the shipping times?
Once an order is submitted to the company - the order is filled and shipped within 1-2 business days.
Jewelry is shipped directly to the customer (first class postal / delivery confirmation)for a A $4.00 flat rate.

RETURNS/EXCHANGES:
Customers have the ability to return and exchange merchandise with Hermosa Sterling within 30 days of the Hostess receiving the merchandise. All returned /exchanged jewelry must be returned to Hermosa Sterling in “brand new condition” within 30 days. We cannot accept jewelry otherwise.
All returns /exchanges will be mailed by the customer directly to Hermosa Sterling. The appropriate "Return / Exchange Form” can be downloaded by clicking here.
This form must be filled out completely and be accompanied with copy of receipt of purchase. All returns and exchanges need be mailed (using delivery confirmation)to:
