What are the shipping times? Once an order is submitted to the company - the order is filled and shipped within 1-2 business days. Jewelry is shipped directly to the customer (first class postal / delivery confirmation)for a A $4.00 flat rate.

RETURNS/EXCHANGES:
Customers have the ability to return and exchange merchandise with Hermosa Sterling within 30 days of the Hostess receiving the merchandise. All returned /exchanged jewelry must be returned to Hermosa Sterling in “brand new condition” within 30 days. We cannot accept jewelry otherwise. All returns /exchanges will be mailed by the customer directly to Hermosa Sterling. The appropriate "Return / Exchange Form” can be downloaded by clicking here. This form must be filled out completely and be accompanied with copy of receipt of purchase.
